    Bought a shirt, 8 days later they just refunded my money, with zero explanation. Don't waste your time.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback Kurt (Anjelica?). I completely understand your frustration, but I do want to clarify the timeline and the steps we took, as I believe the 1-star review doesn’t fully reflect the efforts we made to resolve the issue.

    To start, we sent an order confirmation email to you at 1:23 PM on January 1 (your local time), followed by a detailed follow-up email with several resolution options at 1:45 PM on the same day. When we didn’t hear back from you, we processed a full refund at 1:35 PM on January 2, which is 24 hours later.

    The 8-day period you mentioned is simply the time it takes for the banks to process the refund and reflect it in your account. Unfortunately, this processing time is outside of our control.

    Here’s the full email I sent to you:

    Thank you so much for your order and for being part of the Pugglez pack. I’m reaching out with an update about your Jurassic Pug tee in Dark Heather, and I want to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Our Melbourne-based provider is currently out of stock for this color, but I have a few options to help resolve this:

    Choose a Different Colour: The tee is available in Charcoal, which is quite similar but without the heather effect.
    Fulfillment from Florida: We can still fulfill your order from our trusted Florida-based provider. However, this option may take over two weeks to arrive.
    Full Refund: If neither of these options works for you, I’m happy to provide a full refund for this item.
    If I don’t hear back from you within a day or so, I’ll go ahead and process a refund to ensure no further delays on your end.

    Thank you again for your support, Anjelica, and I truly appreciate your patience as we work through this unexpected stock issue. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed!
